Throughout human history, exercise was not a virtue. Average human life span averaged 30 years of age, most people did physical work. Olympics aside, exercise never appeared much in ancient writings & scripture.
Today with sit down jobs and long human life span, majority of us unknowingly [suffer] simply from lack of daily cardio (a hidden flubug) this is perhaps greatest flubug of our time. As previously not need mentioned in ancient text & holy books, it is under taught and valued. Daily cardio effects our mental and physical state of being, our happiness, decision making, and out influence on others. If you grew up active as kid, jogging/exercise can seem kind of dumn. Try in home cardio as a 1 week challenge; for many this secret is a
found treasure.
vid

Here is a hint to exercise daily for one week:
- At night, put your shoes & gym clothes out, like it's first day of school.
- Do cardio first thing in morning right when you hop out of bed.
Some basic home exersice are: Sit ups, side ups, & backups, pushups, jumping jacks, jump rope. Front back & side laying down neck shrugs with a pillow. Just after that, decide whether todo a light jog outdoors.
HINT:
Grade your success only as filling out
scorecard daily. Eg don't grade whether you exercised, but whether you simply picked up a pen (to checked off item ✓Yes ✓No for that day) with at least a 1 sentance comment and imporatant a simple review at end of week. Each time you do exersize, jot down your experience just before and after.
Here is key: once finished make a quick journal entry of how you felt before and after. You'll be insanely surprised. Re-reading your journal entry is a huge boost, brings back the memory of the experience. Journal works like that with any of these top items.

It's healthy to spend time outdoors often. Early in morning step outside if you can. Before bed time do same. Regularly consider a jog, run, hike. If you work from home, do some work outside if option exists.

Ancient text and religious writings didn't much mention healthy eating as a word of wisdom, human life was short back then, most lives were frugal, and work was physical. Younger civilizations migrated to hunt food. There was no processed food.
Industrial age to today created sit down jobs, and computers helped hugely reduce physical work. Most people didn't realize that processed foods, preservatives, sweeteners, and addictive junk foods, affected health.
Healthy food helps your mind and body. Garden veggies, grains and some fruit. Instead of eating meat, substitute walnuts, almonds, beans, lentils. Your body & mind feels the difference.

ᛋ What to avoid
1. Instead of trying to quite a habit, discover cool stuff to replace it with.
2. With paper, list things that lead to that addiction. Avoid & get rid of things that lead back to it.
3. Use a study Journal (notebook) to daily write about, track, and document your discoveries.
Create a "list of things to avoid" e.g.
- dwelling on something negative that provokes that habit
- list activities / places that encourage.
● Put away / sell / throw out items that are unhealthy, and provoke thoughts toward that habit.
● Avoid places that encourage that addiction: e.g: websites, people, places.
● Create reminders with an

Avoid /backlog thoughts of anger, shift your focus away from what has not gone well in life; away from having been wronged, and what you don't have, what perhaps is lost. Fasting can be like finding a shortcut to arrive at a solution faster. With a style="color: #188038" href="#worksheet" class="smooth1">scorecard, pic a day and try a fast. or thousands of years it has been known that you obtain great health and especial insight & wisdom from fasting. You can fast about any listed topics to improve on, to find answers.
Here are some insight to fasting:
▪ For 24hrs abstain from eating and drinking; Note: eat and hydrate before starting.
▪ Start: It helps to have a purpose to your fast. E.G. "How can I replace unhealthy habits."
▪ While fasting, avoid heavy exercise, as well as noisy places.
▪ Healthy things to do while fasting are reading, watching vids of topics related to what your fasting about.
▪ At end of your 24 yr fast, Take a time out, do a quick meditation: gather your thoughts, consider what you've thought about, studied, review journal notes, note new thoughts. Adjust /add item to your workbook.

Benefits from Fasting
Fasting Ideas:
For making a big decision, Finding answers, Overcoming challenges, Breaking a habit, Finding solutions for Debt, Understanding a difficult challenge, Deliverance from oppression, Seeking unity in a divided group, to end a conflict, for Protection, Resolve disputes, Job searching, new Venture, Career path, while Hiring...
⛫ Bodies
Corporations, organizations, trusts, foundations and governing bodies have inherited /grandfathered in conflicts & flubugs. They are not immune to flubug like addictions and failures; from shifting frameworks, from their governing body, as well as individual members. These corporate bodies have the largest impact on humanity.
Though this websites goal is to focus on (oneself) vs what's outside of one's control. Here below is one other example area that may be beyond ones control.
⚜️ Debts

After discovering and overcoming your flubugs, though you may feel great, like a new person with a new life ahead, though you may have debts that are perhaps not of your own cause! Yet still some of society believe those debts should be paid /resolved /fulfilled, while there appears to be little headway from Tax boards, big business, and other forms to resolve it.
Depending on size of your apparent debts, e.g. school loans, taxes, etc. they can weigh on your new life. How to approach those debts can be an unsure of course.
For entrepreneurs and small business owners, having whooped your addictions, using perhaps a study journal to keep on track, you may be thinking of starting a new venture project that is helpful to others and would pay off your debts. Take caution
Sometimes we start a project just to generate funds to launch our real project of interest. However if that money making project would conflict with existing big business, highly consider choosing a smaller project; that way you reduce the possibility of burying yourself on a large project that could take 5 times longer then estimate. As well picking up a large project could cause outside forces could crash you.
E.g
Some ideas regarding starting a business: if you plan to begin a new venture, consider seeking investors, prepare a letter that explains your project goal as well as your debt situation, you may find a unique fit, someone that believes in yourself and your project.
Idea 2: Try to find a smaller project launch vs a large project. That way if it takes five times longer it is still within a 1 yr. Pursuing a large project could absorb the next 10+ years of your life, and meanwhile fail to launch. Do take caution, try doing at least 1
fast, if that's helpful then try a 2nd fast; as such a decision could have long term impact on your life.
Ideas:
Discover hidden insight by
Fasting while fasting, meditate on your options, study and journal your thoughts & ideas. If your fast is a success, then try a second fast until you find no new insight.
Consider possibly your gonna spend the next 1yr to 5yrs with that project path, doing a few fasts for direction with meditation would be very wise to make sure your choosing the best available option.
🌿 Debt Options
An investor / employer interested in investing in you, may have insight and contacts to help you in several ways Eg. Knowledge of the likelihood of your success with comfortably starting on your taxes, perhaps simply by setting up an affordable payment plan.
Investors / employers may sign you / back you, though at the same time suggest for you (and here is a great idea to try on your own if your not already) continue with your self journaling along the timelines of your life to uncover deeper roots and insight regarding key areas and causes that brought you to 1) where you ended up, as well 2) where you are today, and your 3) path projections. You will likely discover a lot of hidden insight. Here is an
example of what you can do on your own optionally within a personal journal to start.
testimonial
That journaling can also provide insight to others that are interested in you, your product, and your goals.
Once one discovers and clears themselves of flubugs (as mentioned above), some options for those with Tax debts are:
- Contact IRS and create a payment plan.
- Others (not familiar with law) not having proper contacts and perhaps lack trust of law, they put off contacting the Tax board, instead plan to generate money to simply pay off the said debt amt. If trying a large project it likely fails. Meanwhile time perhaps will absolve some of their much older taxes.
My estimate as time moves fwd, looking back (based on country tax law) the credit system & back-tax system will seem just as crude as when debtor prisons existed, not necessarily the fault of creditors.
Another estimate is that one day some groups will specialize in investing in people that have run into debt.
🕊️ Mediation
Perhaps there exists and or is being created a non profit company, that mediates debt taxes / school loans. Creating a realistic path for persons breaking free of flubugs (not of thier own cause) have apparent debts, while faced with societies
moral debts of flubugs.
