📣 Once Netflix first arrived I was hooked. Being guilty of huge late fees with blockbuster & hollywood video. Having enough free time, I create 2 netflix accounts and watched at-least 10 to 20 & movies/documentaries per day at playback speed 2x (for like one year). It felt kinda like The Matrix movie when they were downloading martial arts & edu into Neo's brain. Many of those documentaries are now on youtube.
One documentary was of Ben Franklin. At 17-20 yrs of age he read a pamphlet that encouraged very libral lifestyle and partying. Not long after, in his 20's realizing his life was going wrong direction, he used a study Journal and daily worked on his top character flaws. With that journal worksheet he broke from that lifstyle. Discovering many inventions he played important role within Government. 🎬 Ben Franklin
✎ I decided to try that franklin study journal idea; In my own life, aware that I had formed addictions, that started randomly (kinda like catches a flu), and that happened while doing volunteer work in my earily 20's (ironically by being lead by exact obiedience). Now some 15 years later, it had compounded to form several very binding addictions. By practicing that franklin journal idea, I broke all my addictions!
Like Franklin, I started a worksheet Journal with my score card. I tried it 1 Week, keeping a short daily journal of my experience and about what I was unhappy with.
It was unbelievable, I discovered so much and achieved 100% success. Simple as it sounds, with keeping journal (and this 1 week worksheet), I replaced all my addiction, re discovering my life. .
📣 In my youth I heard a man speak to a group about how as a dad, he was still angary at his own dad (for things his dad had done), and now was afflicting his life. He met with a psychologist who told him that if he liked they could meet regularly, though if he would daily write in a private journal to himself about (what he has mad about) then he would figure it all out by himself and would no longer need assistance.
He agreed to start a private journal as recomended, within a short time, just by keeping a daily journal of what he was unhappy about, he did uncover /find answeres to his life - just as that psychiatrist had said.
