Are societies hidden flubugs what sparked the global Covid pandemic; just as healthy food and rest heal a cold, here are simple ways to discover and get rid of hidden flubugs.

📔 Journal

In former times people engraved, marked, tattooed, and meditated. It was never possible to keep a pen & notebook in your pocket until only 140 years ago. Self study journal (as self discovery)² did not exist, is not yet well understood, and still isn't well taught.

Instead of journaling as a record, Benjamin Franklin used a study journal in his 20's, to replace his liberal party lifestyle with virtues. With self daily study of simple journaling he gained hidden insights. Testimonial

psychologist In my own life, while doing volunteer work, in my early 20's I caught a flu-bug like addiction. For fifteen years it compounded restricting my life, as such I'd lost a lot of opportunities. Using a score card like Franklin, to watch myself, staying away from blame, whipped my flubugs my heavy addictions, and began discovering hidden insights to life.

With a pen, pocket journal and score card you can freely study yourself and replace habits. Psychology also teaches you can accomplish that by self journaling.

Daemon — Genius
Ideas that cross your mind may come from what ancients called daemon / genius, that concept helped avoid arrogance and loss of good ideas. With a pocket journal write down thoughts and ideas that cross your mind. Creative genius

Universities and higher education institutions have produced group journals since 1000 AD. link

 ☆ Remodeling

Here is were insane success happens. remodeling makes it very easy to keep on track.

Reviewing scorecard at week makes allows you to check out from your day. Creating simple visual reminders (to do a end of week followup) helps you not fall off, and helps discover what might have knocked you off course of your scorcard gols.
E.G.
Use something like pieces of tape as a reminder (later create a fun logo). Stick it places, Eg. bathroom, medicine cabinet, room, bedside, drawer, computer, kitchen, car /bike, and at work.

Acronym
When you get a minute, create a simple "acronym", it makes it easy to remember each item on your score card (acronym is first letter of each item). Style it as a logo to quickly recall your scorecard items, knowing what item work on. To make it spell something creative use word un-scrambler, all acronyms, acronym finder. This acronym spells vegetable juice.

Here are font websites to create your logo:  newdesignircweb,   designshackgraffiti

Printing and pasting the acronym logo everywhere, helps you remember it and helps recall each item.

Support
Option: If you need a coach to check in with and get feedback from, here is a free adviser coach for end of week modeling feedback. You can also invite a friend.

Success
Important: Judge your success simply on whether you ✔checked off items daily (either ✓Yes did | *No didn't do) don't grade success on how well you did. Note: If you commit to a written review to yourself, at end of week, that should bring you success. Exploring your worksheet through-out day makes a difference.

One example:
If you trying to quit a habit, don't have a checkbox on whether you were successful that day. Instead create a list of things to try out checking a scorecard off daily. Measure your success on whether you simply ✔checkoff those items daily. My experience is that doing a review at end of week, will guarantee your success. Give it a try start now /else create a reminder to start.

Welcome wrong turns, they may even have purpose; focus today vs dwelling on past misfortune.

 𑀫 Medit
It's practiced world-wide for thousands of years. It's encouraged in workplaces of: Apple, Google, Yahoo, Nike, Intel, Facebook, Sony…
People that meditate (mindfulness) include all faiths as well as: Atheists, Taoist, Buddhist, Islam, Hindu, and Monks, Judaism, Catholic, Christian, Yoga, Health & Psychology org's...

Muslims do similar 5 times a day: 5am, 1pm, 4pm, 7pm, 8pm, to help remember what is important to self. You'll notice times are more often in evening, that's when more noise and distraction occurs. India has a godlike statue with many arms; one belief is meditation gives you many arms; you can accomplish much more in life with daily time out in thought.

Try this:

Take time out during your day; find a quite place, away from noise, (have a pocket noteBook and pen) with you.
While in thought, avoid focusing of what you don't have, what is lost and what's not going well. Instead try to focus what you have.

E.g
Physical health, ability to walk, talk, see and hear. Running water, hot water, shower, wash machines, glasses, car / bike, gym shoes, ability to read, language, writing, electricity, computer, mobile phone, internet... ♫ All of that was not available to any generation of human family!

Some are in jail, homeless, endure medical conditions, bad health, confined... After reviewing those items, it helps to adjust our mindset. Make a pocket noteBook journal entry of your thoughts after meditating; then check off your ✔scorecard!
During this above 'time in thought', only think of what you have. Careful as your mind may be conditioned to think thoughts like "I have so much less then others... I'm not were i want to be in life..." and "I've been wronged..." redirect away from any negative thought.

Many teach that if you focus on what you have, then what's lost will someway be recovered.
If you try that daily, you'll find problems & life obstacles will begin moving out of your way.

 ⫯⫰ Cardi

Throughout history of humans, exercise was not a virtue. Average human life span averaged 30 years of age, most people did physical work. Olympics aside, exercise never appeared much in ancient writings & scripture.

Today with sit down jobs and long human life span, majority of us unknowingly [suffer] simply from lack of daily cardio (a hidden flubug) this is perhaps greatest flubug of our time. It effects our mental and physical state of being, our happiness, as well as decision making. If you grow up active as kid, jogging/exercise can seem kind of odd. For many this secret is a found treasure.vid

Try to exercise daily for one week:
- Put your shoes & gym clothes out, like you did on first day of school.
- Do cardio first thing in morning right when you get out of bed. First week is most challenging.

Move past the first thought of not wanting to exercise, do it anyways. Here is key: once finished make a quick journal entry of how you felt before and after. You'll be insanely surprised. Start by trying it only one day, then Journal your thoughts afterword. Journal works like that with any items.

If you grade yourself on whether you exercised or not, you're more likely to fail, only grade your success based on whether you reviewed your scorcard (checked off item ✓Yes ✓No) and do a week review.

Music has a big influence on mood. While taking this 1 day (1week) challenge, temporarily avoid use of radio /internet radio apps, be conscious of what music you listen to. To test this, here is some music below, make a journal entry of how you felt before you listen, and how you felt after. Music can steer you to mind sets without realizing it.

Non-radio music includes: theme songs, instrumental, meditative, and music from nature like wind chimes, water falls & fountains. Wind chime is inexpensive and from wind. Home made wind chimes are also easy to make.

Give that a try for 1 week, journal how you feel afterword. Here is some encouraging music to foster encouragement & insight.

It's healthy to spend time outdoors often. Early in morning step outside if you can. Before bed time do same. Regularly consider a jog, run, hike. If you work from home, do some work outside if option exists.
E.g Read a book outdoors. If you work on compute and have a lap top, buy a $9.00 swimming goggles [link2] paint the lenses, make a 1/4 hole in each lens, it reduces sun glare much more then a sun visor.

  What to avoid
1. Instead of trying to quite a habit, discover cool stuff to replace it with.
2. With paper, list things that lead to that addiction. Avoid & get rid of things that lead back to it.
3. Use a study Journal (notebook) to daily write about, track, and document your discoveries.

Create a "list of things to avoid" e.g.
‌- dwelling on something negative that provokes that habit
    - list activities / places that encourage.
● Put away / sell / throw out items that are unhealthy, and provoke thoughts toward that habit.
● Avoid places that encourage that addiction: e.g: websites, people, places.
● Create reminders with an acronym to help keep on track.

 ⌤ Anger

Avoid /backlog thoughts of anger, shift your focus away from what has not gone well in life; away from having been wronged, and what you don't have, what perhaps is lost. Instead focus toward what you still have. Your brain wants to say "wait, I've been wronged", backlog that thought, focus only to what you do have and you what you can do.   Fast

While working on your scorecard items, do a fast one day. For thousands of years it has been known that you obtain great health and especial insight & wisdom from fasting. You can fast about any listed topics to improve on, to find answers.
Here are some tips to the fast:

▪  For 24hrs obstain from eating and drinking; Note: eat and hydrate before starting.
▪  Start: It helps to have a purpose to your fast. E.G. "How can I replace unhealthy habits."
▪  While fasting, avoid heavy exercise, as well as noisy places.
▪  Healthy things to do while fasting are reading, watching vids of topics related to what your fasting about.
▪  At end of your 24 yr fast, Take a time out, do a quick meditation: gather your thoughts, consider what you've thought about, studied, review journal notes, note new thoughts. Adjust /add item to your workbook.

NOTE
- Gandhi often fasted to end fighting through nonviolence. Ideas to fast about
- Some people fast monthly with purpose. Fasting has health benefits; and helps to find insight.
- Consider doing something for someone with the money you'd have spent on those 2 meals.

Here are cool video:  wisdom from Fasting  |  share a video Benefits from Fasting

There's much a person can Fast about:
Finding answers, Breaking bad habits, Overcoming challenges, Solutions for Debt, Making a big decision, Understanding a difficult challenge, Deliverance from oppression, Seeking unity in a divided group, to end a conflict, for Protection, Resolve disputes, Job searching, new Venture, Career path, while Hiring...

  Bodies
Corporations, organizations, trusts, foundations and governing bodies have inherited /grandfathered in conflicts & flubugs. They are not immune to flubug like addictions and failures; from shifting frameworks, from their governing body, as well as individual members. These corporate bodies have the largest impact on humanity.

Though this websites goal is to focus on (oneself) vs what's outside of one's control. Here below is one other example area that may be beyond ones control.

 ⚜️ Debts

After discovering and overcoming your flubugs, though you may feel great, like a new person with a life ahead, though you may have debts that are perhaps not of your own cause! Yet still some of society believe those debts should be paid /resolved /fulfilled, while there appears to be little headway from Tax boards, big business, and other forms to resolve it.

Depending on size of your apparent debts, e.g. school loans, taxes, etc. they can weigh on your new life. How to approach those debts can be an unsure of course.

Having whooped your addictions, using perhaps study journal to keep on track, you may be thinking of starting a new venture project that is helpful to others and would pay off your debts. Take caution

If that project could conflict with big business, highly consider choosing a smaller project; that way you reduce possibility of burying yourself on a large project that could take 5 times longer then estimate. As well picking up a large project could cause outside forces could crash you.
E.g
Try perhaps a 2 months project to launch. That way if it takes five times longer it's still within a 1 yr. Pursuing a large project could absorb the next 10+ years of your life, and meanwhile fail to launch. Do take caution, as such decision could have long term impact on your life.

Idea:
Discover hidden insight by Fasting while fasting, meditate on your options, study and journal your thoughts & ideas. If your fast is a success, then try a second fast until you find no new insight.
Consider possibly your gonna spend the next 1yr to 5yrs with that project path, doing a few fasts for direction with meditation would be very wise to make sure your choosing the best available option.
 🌿 Debt Options
Once one discovers and clears themselves of fluebugs, some with tax debt contact IRS and create a payment plan. Others don't (not familiar with law) not having proper contacts, perhaps some lack of trust of law, they put off contacting Tax board, instead plan to generate money to simply pay off the said debt amt. If they try a large project it likely fails. Meanwhile time perhaps will absolve some of there much older taxes. As time moves fwd, looking back (based on country tax law) the credit system & back-tax system will seem crude.

 🕊️ Mediation
Perhaps their exists and or is being created a non profit company, that mediates debt taxes / school loans. Creating a realistic path for persons breaking free of flubugs (not of there own cause) have apparent debts, while faced with societies moral debts of flubugs.
