Hidden flubugs
In life without knowing we can catch hidden habitual flubugs. Developing over time they turn into dependences. Like luggage on our backs, ones accomplishments are slowed and insight redused.

People live entire lives with flubugs including great leaders & those of wealth!
Just as rest and healthy food heal flue, getting rid of our unkown flubugs heal body, mind and spirt. Here's how I discovered my own flubugs!

How to discover flubugs

To discover your own hidden flubugs read a topic below and try it 1 week, use a worksheet to daily review; end of week do a fllwup review. - see below.

If you are trying to learn about flubugs of another person, try this first:
Pick one item on this list most helpful to you, then practice it 1 week. At end of week see if your opinion (of other person) is still same.

Here below contains material & tools with help videos of people that overcame similar challenges.

Use a piece of paper /Journal to track, and document your discoveries  E.G.

Use a Pocket planner to track progress. Ben Franklin practiced this like many others. Testimonial ↗
 A google doc also works.

Try it !
Here are example worksheets with google doc:
● Style your workbook as a virtual restaurant If you hope/d to own a restaurant.
● Turn worksheet into a favorite sport and play a new team each week.
        ● Optionaly Invite friends to this website and try it together.

✎ Many people including Franklin (at age 20) used a pocket notebook to track self improvement. link¹ link² link³
🌟 Check off each item daily, grade your success only on whether you check off items daily: Did | Didn't do   Last do a end of week review, you'll be super surprised.
To track progress use a Pocket planner, optionaly combine a Google doc as shown above.

📔 Journal

Until 1900's it was never at all possible (in human history) to keep a pen & notebook in your pocket. Only possible for last 100 years. In former times to remember,  people engraved, tattooed, and meditated. Self journaling didn't much exist, and wasn't mentioned in holy write; as such its still isn't well understood.

People may think journaling is perhaps to write about your day (maybe for future posterity). Franklin touches on what self journaling is for. In his 20's he used a journal worksheet to break free from his liberal lifestyle and partying.
He began self journaling, daily tracking his top character flaws, he went on to discover many adventions and became City mayor.

In my own life, while, doing volunteer work in my 20's I caught a flue-bug like addiction. Many years later, it had compounded to form very binding addictions; I'd lost alot. Then I started that study journal idea and with it broke all my addictions! You can do the same. — heres my Testimonial

It is likely human addictions are a direct cause of our pandemic. During our world wide virus epidemic, now is a great time to challenge own addictions. With a pen, pocket journal, and worksheet (only available since 1900's), you can study yourself, discover knowledge, your abilities, and break flubug addictions. It helps you course correct mentally away from what's unhealthy.

Psychologist also teach that, you can break habits by self journaling; analyze your thoughts, improve decisions, learn and develop. Testimonial

Damian — Genius With your pocket journal, throughout your day write ideas that cross your mind: inventive ideas, discoveries, reflections and thoughts. Ideas that cross your mind, may come from what ancients called daemon / genius, that concept can help them avoid arrogance for good ideas. Councoring flubugs increases genius. … Creative genius

Universities- higher education fields started producing group journals since 1000 AD. link²

 ☆ Review

Quick review your worksheet often, (several times per day) to help stay on track. It is known that taking time out in thought, helps refocus.

At end of week, review of your worksheet, then create a journal entry (as mentioned above). If you only do one thing, commit to a 5 minute review at end of week, it helps you stay on track.
E.G.

You may notice items weren’t checked off. Week-review helps with discovery, learn about what might have knocked off course. For reminders, scribble several “logos” of your studysheet. Use them as self review reminders. Tape your logo in places, eg. bathroom, kitchen, room, drawer, computer, medicine cabinet, bedside, car /bike, and at work.

Logo acronym

Turn your journal worksheet items into an acronym so that they are easy to remember and easy to share. When you see your logo, you’ll quickly know what item to work on.

Use this word unscrambler to see if it spells something, then be creative: this acronym spells vegetable juice. To be more secret don't include text on some logos.

For coaching, consider asking a friend /someone to be your adviser, simply someone to help you keep on track.

 𑀫 Medit
Take time out during your day; find a quiet place, away from noise, for quite thought. Some call it meditation. It is practiced world-wide, for thousands of years. It's encouraged in workplaces of Apple, Google, Yahoo…
People that meditate include: Taoist, Buddhist, Islam, Hindu, and Monks, Judaism, Christian, Catholic, Atheists, Yoga, Health & Psychology orgs...

Muslims often do similar (5 times a day), to remember what is important. India has godlike statue with many arms; one belief is meditation gives you many arms; you can accomplish much more with meditation.

Try this:

Take time out during your day; find a quite place, away from noise, for quite thought (have notebook and pen) with you.
While in thought, avoid focusing on what your don't have, what is lost, and what's wrong with life. Instead focus only on what you do have and can appreciate:

E.g
Ability to walk, talk, see and hear. Running water, hot water, toilets, shower, glasses, clothes, car / bike, ability to read, electricity, computer, language, communication, phone, writing. ♫ All of that was not available to any other human generations.

Some people are in jail, some homeless, endure medical conditions, are confined...
During your 'time out', only think of what you have. Careful as your mind may be conditioned to think negatively, e.g. saying "yeah, though I've lost so much..." and "I've been taken advantage of..." redirect away from that thought to instead think only what you have.

Many teach that if you focus on what you have, then what's lost will someway be recovered. After, consider a journal entry. Optionally consider what you might do to be appreciative of what we have.
If you try that daily, you'll find problems & life obstacles will begin moving out of your way. Here are videos that relate to this topic:
Funny gratitude video,  Meditation,  Breathing,  Breath.

 ⌥ Discouragement

It's common to get discouraged. If so, add discouragement to your list for 1 week. You can beat it, as it usually leads back to a bad habit. When you think discouraging thoughts; note what's going through your mind to journal, though dont dwell on it as that only bring more discouragement.

Instead shift your focus to only on what your options are, you do have, and your strengths. You may have more then others, focus to only what you have control, this is hardest the first week, after that it gets easier, you mind wants to say wait, I've lost this much / I've been wronged… instead jump over those thoughts.

Some helps:
- see topic above: Meditation
- Write down what's bothering you, it can help to write it on paper

 ⍾ Cardi

Throughout history exercise was not a virtue, a reminder to exercise was not needed: Average human life span was perhaps 30+ years of age, most people did physical work all day long. Perhaps because of that exercise didn't make into scripture /holy write.

As such, today with sit down jobs and humans living three times as long, majority of us unknowingly [suffer] simply from lack of daily cardio (a hidden flubug) this is perhaps greatest flubug of our time. It effects our mental and physical state of being, our happiness, as well as decision making. If you grow up active as kid, jogging/exersize can seem kind of odd. For many, secret of exersize is a found treasure.video

Here is a secret to starting: find a way to get past the first thought of inconvenient feeling (at the thought of exercise) do it anyways (at home and or jog), then once finished, here is key: if you make a journal entry of how you felt before and after. You'll be insanely surprised. Reading that another day empowers you. Commit to trying that for 1 week. If not try it only one day, then Journal your thoughts afterword.

Add cardio to your workbook list. Commit to 1 week, remember, success is not whether you exercised that day, success is whether you checked of the box (either ✓Yes /*No); simply keeping a daily record, and then reviewing at the end of week surprisingly brings success. Not whether you succeeded in exercising that day, grade your success on daily documenting & journaling to self on results.

If you grade yourself on whether you exercised or not, you're more likely to fail, only grade your success based on whether you reviewed your workbook (checked off item) and did a week review.

Notes
Cardio is most neglected of all habits. Has a huge impact on state of mind and ability to be optimistic under stress. A small % of people exercise to much.
Videos about cardio: Mental Battle.

  ♫ Music

Music has a big influence on mood. If you listen to music, be conscious of how you feel afterwards. Perhaps most important make a journal entry of how you felt before you listened, at start, and when you stopped and how you felt when you stopped. Radio music motivates, though can become distractive.

Non-radio music includes: theme songs, instrumental, meditative, mantra, marching bands, as well as music from nature like wind chimes, water chimes, water falls & fountains. A modern wind chime is inexpensive. Home made windchimes are easy to make.

Many people don't listen to music radio & internet radio, including Monks, spiritualists, people of religion, and ordinary people. Give that a try, 1 week, journal how you feel after.

 ᨒ Nature
It's healthy to spend time outdoors often. Early in morning step outside if you can. Before bed time do same. Regularly consider a jog, run, hike. If you work from home, do some work outside if option exists. E.g If you work on compute and have a lap top; a $9.00 pair of swimming gogglels can reduce amount of sun in eyes way better then a sun visor for PC use.

  ⸙ Eating healthy

In ancient times writings didn't really need to cover healthy eating as a word of wisdom; humans lived very short lives, people did lots of physical work with very few sit down jobs. Healthy eating was not much included in holy writings.

Because of increased human life, sit down jobs, lack of physical work, processed foods with preservatives and sweeteners, addictive junk foods, people today are eating unhealthy and have food sweetener addictions.

Eating healthy helps your mind and body. Lots of veggies, a good amount of grains, and some fruit.
Instead of Meat, substitutes like walnuts, almonds, beans, soybeans, lentils... are very healthy to your body.
Many store foods contain sugar additives that are addictive. Store foods also contain sugar and spice that can hide quality of food grade. This video will change how you think of food: Beautiful Truth,  Dr. Max Gerson's,

If you have struggled with cutting weight. This journal method can help you without spending any money. Try it 7 days. See videos below for ideas and encouragement. Like Cardio grade your success not on how well you do; grade your success only on whether you filled out your workbook /checked off the item (either ✓Yes did | *No didn't do); checking off box as '*No' is of equal success. A perfect score is checking off each item per day regardless of how well you did. That keeps away discouragement and encourages success.

Include Journal entry of your thoughts. At end of week, do a followup review and Journal entry. Try it, you'll be impressed.
Note: If you grade yourself on whether you eat healthy you're more likely to fall short; only grade your success based on whether you reviewed your workbook daily (check off item) and journal a week review.
Note:
If you grade yourself on whether you eat healthy, you're more likely to not do as well, only grade your success based on whether you reviewed your workbook (checked off item) and journal an end of week review.

 ♡ Work

As a small business owner I can choose who to hang out with. If you work in a company and cannot choose who you work with. You can still choose where to spend lunch breaks. You can share you experience with this site challenge to others and with your team, anyone at your work that might help, including your boss.

Working on yourself with others as a team can also give support to each other and make you stronger. As a result of breaking your addictions, you likely will find new opportunities that open to you at work and with relationships.

 🛆 What to Avoid
With addiction, create a "list of things to avoid" e.g. thoughts that provoke that habit and places that encourage it.
● Put away / sell / throw out items that are unhealthy, and provoke thoughts toward that habit.
● Avoid places that encourage that addiction: e.g: websites, people, places.
Create reminders with an acronym to help keep on track.

 ⌤ Anger

Be aware of thoughts of anger, shift your focus away from having been wronged, what you don't have, what you've perhaps lost. While considering what you still have. Your brain wants to say "wait, I've been wronged", backlog that thought, focus only to what you do have and you what you can do. You may have much more then many others. If you do that with time you'll likely find your anger has completely gone.

⬥ Write down what's bothering you, it can help to write it on paper. Testimonial ↗

  ⚐ Regarding failure
Regarding failure, most important is to not to blame yourself for failing; just as you wouldn't blame yourself for catching a flue. You can win over anger and discouragement. If you make what you're struggling with an item to check off items daily, while journaling your thoughts, you’ll find answers.

  ᖗ Fast

For thousands of years it has been known that you obtain great health and wisdom from fasting. You can fast about any listed topics to improve on, to get insight.
Here are some tips to the fast:
- Try going 24hrs without eating and drinking.
- Start: It helps to have a purpose to your fast. E.G. "How can I whip my bad habits."
- While fasting, avoid heavy exercise, as well as noisy places.
- Healthy things to do while fasting are reading, watching vids of topics related to what your fasting about.
- At end of your 24 yr fast, Take a time out, do a quick meditation: gather your thoughts, consider what you've thought about, studied, review journal notes, note new thoughts. Adjust /add item to your workbook.

NOTE
- Gandhi often fasted in hopes to achieve something that was a current event that he was likely involved with.
- Some people fast 1 full day each month, (without food & drink). Fasting has health benefits; and helps with insight to that purpose their fasting for.
- Consider giving that money you'd spend on those 2 meals to someone. Else use that money to do something helpful for someone.

  ⛫ Bodies
Corporations, organizations, trusts, foundations and governing bodies have inherited /grandfathered in conflicts & flubugs. They are not immune to flubug like addictions and failures; from shifting frameworks, from their governing body, as well as individual members. These corporate bodies have the largest impact on humanity.

Though this websites goal is to focus on (oneself) vs what's outside of one's control. Here below is one other example area that may be beyond ones control.

 ⚜️ Debts

After discovering how to overcoming addiction, though you may feal great, like a new person, you may have debts that are perhaps not of your own cause! This often affecting individuals with small businesses. Yet still some of society believe those debts should be paid /resolved /fulfilled.

Depending on size of your apparent debts, e.g. school loans, taxes, etc. they can weigh on your new life. How to approach those debts can be an unsure of course.

Having whooped your addictions, using perhaps study journal idea to keep on track, you may be thinking of starting a new venture project that is helpful to others and would pay off your debts.

If that project would generate a tun of money and could potentially conflict with big business, highly consider choosing a project that is smaller; that way you reduce possibility of burying yourself on a large project that could take 5 times longer then you think, then after all that it could still fail. As well picking up that project (beginning that project) could crash you.
E.g
Try a project that would take perhaps 2 months. That way if it takes five times longer it still is less then 1 yr. Choosing to pursue a 1 year project may take the next 10+ years of your life, and meanwhile in the end fails to launch.
 🌿 Debt Options
Some people with tax debt contact IRS and create a monthly billing plan since their income is so low. Others don't (not familiar with law) don't have proper contacts, perhaps some lack of trust with lockup, they put off contacting Tax board, instead plan to generate money to simply pay off the said debt amt, meanwhile perhaps time will absolve some of their much older taxes.

If you have houses cars, things of high value, you may need further insight on your best options.
 🕊️ Mediation
Perhaps their exists and or is being created a non profit company, that mediates debt taxes / school loans. Creating a realistic path for persons (especially small bus owners) so that once having overcome addictions like flubugs and have apparent large debts.

If you know any non-profit sources (helpful sources) for people resolve tax debt, school loans, CC debt please email me, so links can get posted here. EG websites that offer non-profit service, else do probono work.

SUMMARY OF ABOVE — BREAK ADDICTION

● Don't grade yourself on how well you do, grade your success on if you daily checkoff of worksheet items:
        e.g.
        1. Daily checkoff each item as iether ✓did / *didnt do add notes. Do an end of week review LINK.
        2. At start of each week review your worksheet re-prioritize your items for upcoming week.
Doing just that should bring you success
● Make it fun: turn that your table into an activity, a game, something cool.
● Turn your journal worksheet items into an acronym so that they are easy to remember, and easy to explain to others. After breaking addictions, you may likely want to share this site with others.
